Lovely Lips!

Lip products are my life! I love all things lipstick, lip stain and lip butter. I have quite the collection of lip products but there will never be enough. Some of my favourite lip products are the Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters. The texture of the lip butters are amazing, they're soft and buttery, and glide on with ease. After applying these my lips felt instantly hydrated and smoother. I love how glossy and shiny they make my lips look. I definitely recommend if you're looking for products to hydrate your lips, yet still provide you with a gorgeous, pigmented, burst of colour.

Two Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters I recently picked up.

My favourite shade in the range would certainly have to be number 47 'Pink Lemonade'. It's a gorgeous light, baby pink. The first layer you apply to your lips provides a very sheer colour, similar to that of a pinky nude… absolutely stunning. However when built up to two or three layers it gives the lips a pretty pink shine.

Another great colour, however on the other end of the spectrum, is number 63 'Wild Watermelon'. This colour is a bright red-pink. When built up to two or three layers it looks stunning. I recommend this colour for someone looking for a toned down red. If hardcore reds don't suit you then this colour would be perfect due to the pink undertones.

Another great thing about the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters (as if I haven't mentioned enough great things) is the packaging. I love how the packaging is the colour of the lip butter, because it makes the product easy to see and pick up in the store, but it also looks awesome in my makeup collection… it looks like a sea of different shades of pink and red. Every girl needs some colour!

I recently purchased some makeup from Sleek, and this eyeshadow palette, I believe, is a necessity. You never know when you want to add a pop of colour. You may just want that summer colour, you may be going out, you may be recreating a makeup look you saw… whatever it is, I believe every girl could do with at least one outrageous colourful palette.

I usually go for nude colours as they are timeless and can work with any look. But when I saw this palette I couldn't resist. It came to my attention that I didn't own a really bold, colourful matte palette. So purchasing this was a must. This is the Sleek i-Divine Ultra Mattes V1 Brights Palette and includes 12 stunning shades. I'm really looking forward to using 'Chill' (light blue) and 'Floss' (light pink) as a base or lighter colour towards the inner corners of the eye. But more importantly, the bright colours I'm looking forward to are 'Sugarlite' (purple) and 'Strike' (orange) as they are unlike any colours I've used before. I'm definitely looking forward to experimenting with a variety of colours! 

Sleek Makeup is a great brand! It's super inexpensive, the colours are highly pigmented and the packaging is brilliant. The palette is a great size, which makes it ideal for travelling, plus it has quite a large mirror in it, perfect if you're out and about! 

I highly recommend this brand, and in particular this palette. It includes a gorgeous array of colours for any occasion, plus, every girl needs some colour.
